Staff in the store Grindelwald terminal were superb. I do think hire bike’s chain was previously snapped. Had a separate thin gold link. Rear derailleur malfunctioned and chain broke. Replaced with no fuss.

The girl who was attending us was really sweet and helpful. I have been to other Intersport stores as well for example in Dublin and in Jungfraujoch as well but hardly met a store staff be so genuine before. Was really moved by the service and warmth offered to us. Would like to thank her for the warmth, not sure if this would reach but really appreciate it:)

Gute Organisation von der Übergabe des Fahrrads bis zur Rücknahme eine Umbuchung meinerseits um einen Tag war überhaupt kein Problem. Gute Kommunikation über E-Mail-Kontakt auch ein ausleihen des Netzteils,um das E-Bike neu zu laden war problemlos möglich.
